Lead Pastor Michael Grove
My wonderful wife Pam and I have been married for over 33 years. We have three beautiful daughters, Heather, Hannah and MacKenzie. We also have three delightful grandchildren, Madison, Elijah and Matthew.
I became licensed with the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee) in 1990 and have served in the pastoral ministry with my wife and family for over 25 years. I obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling in 2015. In 1999 the Lord opened the door to become the Lead Pastor of Praise Cathedral and in 2015 we expanded to a multi-campus ministry and became the Lead Pastor of New Life Fellowship Church of God in Mt. Union, Pennsylvania. My wife received her pastoral license in 2015 with the Church of God and holds a Masters Degree in Special Education. She leads the Praise & Worship Team and teaches the Sunday morning adult groups.
We believe Praise Cathedral and New Life Fellowship to be two of the greatest Churches a pastor can have the privilege to serve. The caring, loving, and giving people of our churches inspire us to do our best for God's Kingdom. We are here to serve and lead our communities and we extend a warm welcome to all those searching for a place to belong.

My wife and I are very happy to be serving you here at Praise Cathedral, the church where I first found Jesus as a child. I count it a privilege to minister to those who once ministered to me and a joy to get to know all the new families and friends who now attend.
Before joining your staff, I served two years at Times Square Church and five years as a missionary, overseeing interns for Summit, the ministry school of David Wilkerson where Dzifa and I are both alumni. I have since been ordained as a bishop in the Church of God and graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor of Science in Bible.
Dzifa and I share a passion for helping God's people reach their full potential in serving Him. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. We are here for you.
Associate Pastor Christopher Babo
My wife, Becky and I serve in ministry here at Praise Cathedral. We each have a passion for missions and the call of God to carry the gospel. Becky serves on the Missions Board and is active in our Youth ministries.
Since the age of four, I have had a passion for world missions and ministry. I led worship in churches beginning at the age of twelve, and currently direct our church choir. I've served in short term missions to the South Bronx, NY, and Chillan Chile. I also served a year in Leyte, Philippines: preaching the gospel, leading worship, and serving as a house parent and teacher to orphans and abandoned children. I spent 3 years in Jamaica serving between 2 churches Old Harbour and Mandeville NT Churches of God: directing music, preaching and teaching. I also had the privilege of directing a men's mass choir at the Church of God National Convention in Jamaica.
I have studied Christian Ministries, Music Education for teacher licensure, and Church Music at Lee University. I currently engage these skills and talents in directing Praise Cathedral's children's ministry. It is my heart's passion to see our children growing in the knowledge and understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ, equipping them for ministry and service before the Almighty.
