Family Fest Fun
This year's Family Fest was Full of Fun! We kicked-off our weekend Friday night August 6th at 6:30 p.m. The FUN continued Saturday night August 7th at 6:30 p.m. and again Sunday Morning at 10:30 a.m. Everyone had a Great time! Granny won the Wii on Friday night for bringing the most families and earning the most points. We had clowns and puppets and singing and family competitions and special guest appearances! The Yellow and Green Teams competed for First in the Lunch Line...Yellow Team Won! We LIVE Streamed over the internet every single night and had 27 people sign on to watch during the weekend! Sunday the Jason Babo Family took the 3rd Place Family Tent Prize and the Roach Family took the 2nd Place Basketball & Hoop Prize! Granny won 1st Place and donated the $500 Millcreek Mall Gift Card to Daniel and Bethany Miller! Our Facebook Winner was the Miller's and our LIVE Streaming Keyword Winner was Kristina Allen from Phoenix Arizona! Our Sunday Carnival included Box Lunches, Cotton Candy, Face Painting, and Family Games and Competitions! The Obstacle Course Winners were Daniel Miller, Mike Perrin, Josh Davis & Dan Perrin; The Sack Race Winners were Josh Davis, Mike Perrin, Heather Grove & Heather's Friend (sorry I don't know your name but I will soon!); The Roach Team won the Egg Rally Competition; the Tug-of-War winners were Terri Vega, Rob Vega, Alisha Lockard, Chuck Simmer and Ed Sveda; and the Winners of the Water Balloon Toss...I'm not sure...there were balloons flying everywhere! The First 10 Households to pre-register and Come Friday August 6th will receive a $15.00 Dairy Queen Card. Pre-registrater at the Welcome Center! Your household can be you and your wife, mom dad and kids, grandma and grandpa, or the best family possible...your spiritual family...choose your favorite people and create a spiritual family!Get Started TODAY by Memorizing Your Bible Verses for Family Points! Each Family will receive points toward the Family Grand Prize Wii for reciting the Theme Verse and the Daily Verse. Children need to recite the underlined portion only.
